4 How will we support RD willingly! Maybe we don't have all the skills but we have an awareness We need better understanding of research process Research language - we need to know it It's important to remember this is an institutional issue, not a library thing Obstacles: Do researchers want us to have a main role? Looking at current models. May be difficult to apply to your organisation |
